FICO, a world-renowned leader in automating risk assessment and decision-making
processes, has developed its creditworthiness evaluation model – the FICO Score, using data from the Ukrainian Bureau of Credit Histories (UBCH).
Scoring predicts the likelihood that a borrower will have a 90-day or more delinquency on their credit obligation within the next 12 months, based on the borrower’s credit history acquired in Ukraine. This credit risk evaluation can be applied to decisions regarding various levels of delinquency, time periods, customer segments, and credit products.
- It ranges from 300 to 850. Where 300 is the highest risk and 850 is the lowest risk.
- Based on the borrower’s credit history.
- Calculated only for individuals with sufficient amount of credit history information.
- The evaluation is based on five predictive characteristics, with relative significance:
payment history (35%), outstanding debt (30%), length of credit history (15%), new
loans (10%), and a combination of loan agreement types (10%).
For accurate evaluation of credit risks
Uses the standard FICO score range from 300 to 850
